Engineering a New Brand Platform

Nepean Group is Australia’s leading privately owned engineering, mining services and industrial manufacturing organisation. With operations in operates in Australia, the USA, Canada, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, New Zealand and South America; the company delivers high value, innovative and sustainable solutions for the world’s leading mining, construction and transport companies.

In 2010, Gen.a was engaged to consolidate and articulate Nepean Group’s brand strategy and architecture within its broad portfolio of then individually named businesses.

Reflecting our interest in delivering creative and commercial initiatives that create sustainable economic growth, the project focused on developing a strategic brand and communications platform to support the business objectives of Nepean Group and its individual businesses.

The three-month process included in-depth research, insight and analysis, the development of a unified brand strategy and architecture, conceptual and design development of visual expression, detailed brand guidelines and the roll out of the new brand.
