Brand Botswana

PRIDE & PROGRESS

On the recommendation of the UN’s International Trade Centre, Gen.a commissioned by the Botswana Export Development and Investment Authority (BEDIA) to develop a fully integrated nation branding strategy for Botswana.

Over an intensive eight-month period, we worked with multiple stakeholder groups to develop a brand strategy and identity that would support the activation of an overall nation-building program for Botswana.

Within the context of broader strategic planning and creative development, the project included the delivery of a brand architecture solution, manifesto and guidelines that addressed internal and external audiences and supported Botswana’s business, tourism, culture and community development objectives.

Gen.a also developed an extensive implementation plan and scoped potential communications and legacy projects across multiple sectors to maximise impact in target markets.
