With funding support from AusAID, Gen.a was engaged to consult with the Tongan government and its key business leaders on the development of the Tonga Trade and Investment Board (TTIB). Enacted by the government in 2006, the objective of the project was to help define a business case a supporting marketing strategy that would drive export and investment development for the country.
The project involved the development of a business case and identity supported by a marketing plan for
a trade and investment promotion agency including complex stakeholder consultation, strategic analysis and counsel.
