As part of Gen.a’s design team, Ruth has worked on the creative development for projects including Vivid, Crave and Parramasala for Events NSW; the new brand identity for Pacific Islands Trade & Invest, Brand Botswana, Iglu, National Museum, Macquarie University, eftpos and Australian Turf Club. As part of the International Trade Forum team, she was also integral to the recent design enhancement of the magazine.
Ruth has more than ten years’ graphic design experience working for leading design agencies in the UK and Australia. After graduating with a BA (Hons) in Graphic Arts from Liverpool John Moores University in the UK she worked for Fitch:London, Bamber Forsyth and Thumb Design. Since moving to Sydney she has held a senior designer role with Public Design Group and as a freelancer worked for agencies including Billy Blue, Landor, Principals, Landini Associates and Moon Design, in Sydney and Williams & Phoa in London and Singapore.
With extensive experience across a wide spectrum of campaigns from brand creation and implementation to design for print and environmental projects, Ruth has worked with clients including: Virgin Active, Optus, SingTel, OPSM, Woolworths, Zurich bank, Provident financial, Cable & Wireless, Anglo America, Hydro, Defra, Emap, National Express and Charles Worthington.
