Heading up Gen.a’s design team, Jacqueline has been the creative lead on projects for clients including News Life Media, Vogue Fashion’s Night Out, Brand Botswana, Australian Turf Club, the National Museum of Australia, Macquarie University, International Trade Forum magazine, Auto Skills Australia, KPMG, Goldlinq/Plenary Group and Panthers Group.

Bringing strategic insight to the design process, she is an award-winning creative director with more than 12 years experience in complex branding projects involving multiple stakeholders. Her body of work includes designs for great public buildings such as Sydney’s Customs House, Ayers Rock Resort at Uluru in the Northern Territory, Exchange Square – home of the Australian Securities Exchange.

Jacqueline also worked on an extensive rebranding exercise for the Northern Territory Tourism Commission which included three levels of communications: corporate, business-to-business and consumer communications including domestic and international campaigns.

Prior to joining the team at Gen.a, Jacqueline ran her own business. Past clients included Penguin Books Australia (‘French’ by Damien Pignolet, awarded Best Book Design of 2006), British Airways, Ceramica di Manfredi, Circa Performance Group, Australand, Multiplex, Department of Public Works NSW, Voyages Hotels and Resorts, Turco Hunter Architects, Motor Traders’ Association of NSW and Australian fashion designer Fleur Wood.

Jacqueline also has a strong interest in developing future design talent and is actively involved with the leading design school in Australia, the University of Technology Sydney, where she is a tutor and lecturer in typography, branding and interactive environments.
